In the heart of the Peneda-Gêres National Park, the village of Soajo hides one of the best traditional restaurants in the region. “O Saber ao Borralho" is known for its cozy space and homemade food dishes made with the heart.
Among the many reasons that bring visitors to "Saber ao Borralho" is the cachena meat that is slowly roasted in the oven for 6 hours. Order a red-green wine from the region to enhance the aromas of this meat. You won't regret it! And to finish, savor a homemade fig cheesecake.
