The place is born by a love between Barbara and Christian, giving way to a cozy space with a contemporary touch. Le Babachris distinguishes itself by offering its guests an amazing experience, where simple ingredients give way to exquisite dishes worked with passion and creativity by chef Christian Rullán, influenced by French and Mediterranean cuisine.
In Le Babachris there is no menu or letter because no day is the same as the other. Due to the ingredients available in the market, each visit always brings new flavors, new surprises and new experiences, making each moment unique and exclusive. At an average price of €30 per person, from Tuesday to Thursday, lunch and dinner have an executive menu available, while on Fridays and Saturdays they have a tasting menu, both designed according to the chef's imagination.
