At the restaurant "Omakase", which means "trust the chef", sushi lovers can rediscover Japanese flavors by the hand of Chef Michael Choi. The ingredients available on the menu are carefully treated to keep their characteristics intact. However, what makes the difference is Chef Michael's personal touch, even in traditional sushi.
For the ultimate Japanese dining experience, we recommend premium sushi, which includes several pieces of sushi and sashimi made with noble fish. However, a menu of several individual dishes is available if you prefer.
Omakase is open daily, closing only on Mondays. Between Tuesday and Saturday, it is available from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and from 7 pm to 10:30 pm. On Sunday, it serves dinner only, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The average price per person varies between 30€ and 50€.
