The restaurant "O Encontro", located in the village of Santa Isabel in Terras de Bouro, is the perfect place for an encounter between the natural beauty of the landscapes of Gerês and the traditional flavors of this region.
Here, veal chop and codfish fritters accompanied by bean rice with turnips delight visitors. However, there is much more to explore! The papas de sarrabulho, the rojões à minhota, the pica no chão or the bacalhau com broa are the other delicacies carefully prepared.
